Honestly, this cop just didn't know how to be a jerk in the proper way. Placing myself in his shoes and seeing the disrespect coming from her, I'd say "be right back" and print her up a real ticket, walk back, give her the ticket and say "I think keeping the warning would've been better, have a nice day."

Don't ask me questions, if you don't like the answers....

I always say to the cop that has pulled me over and has the 20 questions. Now is not the time or the place to argue about it. I will see you in court.

That has got me 3 warnings, instead of a ticket.

You obviously are an expert on bootlicking. I have no personal experience.

The fact that an officer is put on administrative duties is interpreted by you as not being defended simply shows that your connection to reality is not even tenuous.

And now we know that in addition to everything else she was wacked out on weed. Such a sterling character, such an example, such a lesson in how to run your life. Yeah, more people should be like that. I guess being a black activist trumps all.

This line of thinking shouldn't be. It's easy enough enough to make a mistake and run a stop sign and the like. One shouldn't have to fear for their life because some isn't having a good day.

To do otherwise is stupid. The woman escalated what would have been a minor ticket and fine to arrest and eventual (presumed at this point) suicide in a jail cell.
All pointers of the video being editted says otherwise.

All he had was a stop for lane changing without a signal, which is a chicken crap stop to all cops. He should be charged with assault and battery, reckless endangering, false arrest, and be terminated for the Force.

He did not arrest her for not signaling. period. That is a lie.

And it looks like she may have been a cutter as well - which speaks to her mental health.

This is not true at all.

The DA has NEVER said it was invalid or flawed. He said it was very helpful and revealing but that additional testing may be needed.

For all the things that went wrong in this drama seems like the Jailers made a tragic mistake not putting her on suicide watch.
