Both needed a deep breath. They seemed to be in bad moods and looking for trouble and got it as often happens.

You could always try not making a noose out of a trash bag and hanging yourself.

Why wasn't she bailed out? She was in jail for 3 days?

I'm sorry you believe America is like soviet Russia.

The cop. He begins with a really petty, frivolous stop. Then he begins digging into her right away. He escalates the situation and loses his cool.

A complete jerk. He should lose his badge, at the very least.

You're not answering my question. Who was more at fault at and during the arrest?

There is clearly lack of foreseeability. You've obviously never been to law school.

Default Who is More at Fault: Sandra or the Police.........

The officer was polite with her until she had her little rant about being irritated, it's tough to say but in my opinion It is best to stay calm, be polite and be on your way, then if you feel wronged you can take it to court. As far as her killing herself, it's sad but from what I've read she had mental issues.
