I get that some people want to be men or women but are born women or men. These people can have surgery and try to change their lives but the DNA will always be the DNA.

I don't know why ya'll gotta be so worried about what other people do with their lives.

Do I don't think you get that at all. It's not like they wake up one morning and decide they want to be the opposite sex. Most know it at an early age. Your mind controls who you are not your DNA. Some are just born in the wrong body. Why can't we just accept this.

My uncle is a plastic surgeon, he performed quite a few Vaginal Rejuvenation surgery on women. According to him, vaginal rejuvenation involves tightening the opening to the vaginal canal by removing some excess tissue in the perineum. It is a very invasive surgery carries a lot of risks. (sorry for being graphic)

Some women might lose sensation after the surgery (a rare side effect), many women still go through this surgery because 1. they want to please the men in their life 2. they want to feel young and girly again

I cannot imagine the pain women have to go through sometimes, to make themselves feel better?

I think if transgender folks are willing to go through all these painful surgeries (similar to vaginal rejuvenation) to change their appearances and who they are, they must have endured a lot of internal struggle. I doubt it is an impulsive decision..

I try not to judge them.

Why are you so worried about what other people are worried about?
