That's like his opinion man. Socialism while similar to communism, the key difference is that socialism embraces capitalism as an improvement to society and communism does not. Also, socialism is only an economic policy while communism is both an economic and political policy.

If I can recall, Belgium, China, Finland, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Ireland, and New Zealand are socialist countries and they didn't fail.

Everyone of those are tiny nations except China and China is not Socialist, they are State Capitalism which is the new Communism.

I've actually did a little more research and they are not socialist countries pet se, but their policies are close to being socialist. My bad on my part.

Going complete capitalism without any socialism still doesn't do any justice. Just look at Somalia where there are no socialist policies. They re not doing any better.
