Planned parenthood is liberal part of Illinois.
In poorer rural , there is none.
One of reasons why rural areas in Illinois are suffering because they have kids too early and smart people move to Chicago or St.Louis area.
Black females suffered the most by being single Moms.
No one is forcing these women to get abortion.
Currently , birthrates are dropping worldwide so it is not black genocide .

I've never particularly felt like shooting newborn black babies.
I do however feel the state has a duty to protect the right to life and liberty regardless of melanin levels.
But yes after they're born it is 100% the responsibility of the parents, extended family, and social circle to feed and raise that kid, not the state.
A standard I apply to anyone regardless of melanin levels.
What exactly is your plan for getting these single women to take responsibility of their newborn, parents and extended families don't exist. What is the plan.
