So what you're saying is that, under your ideal world of abortion being a crime (murder, perhaps?), women who obtain abortions are murderers, and should be jailed as such, just as if she murdered her 3 year old.
So too, the doctor should be jailed, and anyone who drover her to the clinic or assisted would be charged as accessories or accomplices to murder.

Idk, that might be a good plan. Our prisons are pretty empty and could use some more prisoners in them.
Using disparate impact like they did to go after auto lenders....this means the abortion practice in New York is racist because the end result is different by race.
Now I don't personally agree with that but I think it's important to know just how stupid it is to use disparate impact theory instead of REAL statistical analysis.

There are parents letting their kid drink beer and hold a gun but no, let's focus our attention on those who are smart enough to realize they aren't capable of raising a child. These kids have no chance at living when their parents brought them in a bad situation to begin with and aren't capable to provide for them.
I rather people not have kids at all if they can't take the responsibility to raise them. They aren't better off in a foster home or with a married couple who's own relationship is unstable.
How warped do you have to be to try to make butchering an unborn child sound like you're doing them a favor?
