I just saw article Teen using more after morning pills.
Colleges handed out condoms like hotcakes.
And this is bad because you want teens to be producing more children?

Good! It does the job and prevents teen pregnancies.

Problem?

Okay, now I have no idea what you are arguing, the article did not say teens were being abstinent, it said more teens were choosing to wait a few years longer before having sex and were making better choices such as birth control and condoms when choosing to have sex. The numbers still show 44% or so are still having sex between 16-19, but with the drop in teen pregnancies, this means they are making better choices when it comes to sex.

If you are waiting to have sex is considered Abstinence.

The study doesn't say all kids are waiting....you need to learn that the world doesn't function in absolutes.

What if hetero anal is on the rise or birth control has gotten more easily accessible? I feel like just going off teen pregnancies doesn't really give a complete conclusion that teens are having less sex.
