The outbreak of violence in Chicago at the Donald J. Trump rally is indicative of the tenor of his campaign & how he evokes a white nationalist, racist element of Americans. Not only does Trump not take responsibility for the culture he's created, he goes further and calls the protestors "THUGS". That's code for black folks. He didn't use that word or any similar descriptor to describe the white man who sucker punched a black protestor at a previous rally. People have the right to support who they want, but for ME those who support Trump's candidacy endorse a man who has given NO details on policy, has used degrading language towards women, blacks, muslims, war vets & the disabled. To be clear, he embodies #whiteprivilege and pushes a narrative that not only highlights how divided we are, BUT moves to drive that wedge even deeper. My hope is that this provokes REAL dialogue about the deep history and impact of #racism in America. Things won't get better by just praying and hoping. We MUST heed the call to ACTION.
This whole Campaign of making America great again is some BS. I'm sorry but the history of racism and the hell America has caused on this planet no ones campaign should say such words. We already made America great again.
It's only been 50 something years since the civil rights movement. How are we excatly making America great again when we not to long ago just come out of the worst times in American history.

The GOP as an institution is not preventing anyone from joining its ranks by virtue of that individual's race, gender, sexual orientation, etc. In case you forgot, it's the GOP that still has two latinos running for POTUS an one black man who recently dropped out while the Democratic fields was lilly white (though there's nothing wrong with that in the sense the Democratic party did not prevent any non whites from running either).
You're not going to get the shameless pandering to group XYZ from republicans as you see from Democrats. If you want a party that panders in a cynical way to specific groups, there's already a party (Democratic) for that.

Well we shall see in a few more months.If Trump is the nominee the democratic base will be active and overcome the typical voter suppression tactics. Main streamers will not want to be assciated with people who come to your conclusions. We the people will have moderate supreme court justices and that will be great. So enjoy the ride. You guys have made it possible. I was really afraid for HILLARY but she would be elected even if guilty of a crime. Thanks Trump, Thanks Trump supporters, lol. Then you can wallow in two more terms of your own fear, anger, and simmering in misery while America continues advancing inspite of your beliefs.
