Just imagine you being a worker or an owner of a small time business who has to pay his employees and the government decides to step in and take what would be a $1500 check weekly and cut that in half or more... How willing would you be to give your employees benefits or a raise in a position like that where you know half your salary is being taken away from you to give to those who aren't working...

For what it's worth, I'm a working middle class man making no more than the average guy just like anyone else. I'm not supporting this theory simply because it benefits me, it just makes sense. Your idea is idiotic and unfounded. Bernie Sanders would ruin this country if he were to get elected...
Are you a fan of Old Economy Steven by chance?

I can't see the attachment you posted but I have heard of old economy steve. By the way, nice deflection to the point at hand; you must be doing great in school... Regarding the comment, why do you think the generation you poke fun at had it made the way they did... Think about it.

Rich businessmen are not going to invest in their employees if they don't think the money's going to reach due to taxes... It's why the salaries today are so low... There were salaries in the 80s and 90s comparable to today which is absolutely ridiculous given the increased COL fast forward 30 years... But that's what happens when you tax people up the ***...

This is going to be a wacky election. All the early signs point that way.

Aren't memes so cute? This generation truly believes that there is nothing that cannot be fixed with a slick, quirky meme.

Milt Rosenberg's programs have lately had some very expert analysis on the republican side of this election so far. Actually he some good Hillary analysis also. Basically how Obama's rhetoric over the last 7 years has severely painted Hillary into a corner if she intends to take the path of using his presidency as the reason to vote for her.

She doesn't seem to be taking much of any path at all up to this point. I don't think anyone has any firm grasp of what her platform is. That's one of her biggest issues. Say what you want about Sanders but he's very out in the open about where he stands on all the issues. I am pretty confident Hilary felt entitled to the democratic nod and was not ready to be challenged at all. She was gonna coast and not have to really lay anything out until much later on. I am already seeing Sanders push her way more to the left on issues than where she's been.

For those who wanted more specifics on Trump's policies if he were President. Here you go!

One things for sure, after seeing this video, I like him even more. Trump knows how to be a leader and get results. That's what he does. He's also slowly building his DREAM TEAM with very smart and respectable people. All for the sake of improving this country.

Note how Trump has a very reasonable and straightforward solutions to the issues America has. This guy needs to be president people!

I don't disagree with anything you said above. I'm not knocking Bernie Sanders by calling him a socialist. He says it himself. To deny that is foolish or at the least shows ignorance of his platform. I actually respect his candor on the subject even though I vehemently oppose his ideals. In the past he was very pro-gun also, which warms my heart. Unfortunately though he seems to be bending to the libby line on that issue now.

On Hillary, I expect her to be decimated in the primaries by someone yet unannounced such as Biden or possibly even Bloomberg. She won't win the general election and Democrats seem to be slowly realizing the inevitability of that fact.

I have this sense as well - the real players there have not yet emerged.

One part of the truth about Trump - and I am sure everyone is okay with this ... right ?

How he put together his $10 billion fortune after his inheritance.
