That is a totally pathetic lie. Try again, this time with facts.

This is not true at all. Most states don't check your ID.

The EU does not have open borders. Try checking your facts before you embarrass yourself again.

Hmm.... "illegal" means not legal. If you enter a country illegally, you are illegal. If you sell drugs without a license you are an illegal drug dealer.

Why is the concept of "illegal" so difficult for you to understand?

To give you an example, do you call drug dealers "undocumented pharmacists"?
And she probably calls bank robbers "undocumented bank customers".

"Undocumented" is what the Dems use to describe criminals without using the word criminal or illegal.

It is an administrative rule. Some people may have violated laws when entering the country, but they are entitled to a presumption of innocence unless convicted at a trial. The media usually refrains from prejuding a person's guilt or innocence.

You may call those here without permission "illegal" after a court of law has convicted them of a crime. Understand now?
Unlawful presence is what you are referring to re overstaying a visa, but improper entry is a CRIMINAL (violating federal law) act subject to fines and incarceration. Hope that helps clarify things.

So, you have a problem with legal immigrants and prefer illegal aliens?
He's already inferred that he wouldn't mind open borders. Yeah, let's see how great it would be for the economy and our social safety nets when an additional 10 million unskilled workers flood this country in a matter of a couple of years

The EU specifically does have open borders. A resident of France can work in Germany or Italy with no visa requirements. What's more many EU countries have very open guest worker programs that allow a flood of immigrants from non EU countries.

You must not travel much.

So you are an illegal because you violate parking regulations at times?

Yes, it is a lie. Most people here illegally came here without permission. Only 40% are visa over stayers.
