You don't seem to understand. She feels the rich and powerful should be allowed to do as they please while laws and restrictions should only be applied to us plebes.

If you want to vote for a "I'm above you and the law" czarina, I guess that's up to you.

She uses private jets because she has little time left for travel after all the politicking and there are no very high speed electric trains connecting her stops. We could have had those if we had not wasted our money on needless wars in Korea, Vietnam and elsewhere.

Yeah, its everyone else who has to cut back, right?
And animal agriculture produces more greenhouse gases than all transportation combined-cars, planes, trains, boats, etc.

People/Institutions focus on the wrong things, with one eye closed and a hand behind the back.

Or she could ride a unicorn.

I understand. The wealth inequality is a big problem. I think we all agree on that. I just don't see how going after how Clinton travels addresses this issue. To me, it is simply harping on one wealthy lady that has a pretty good chance at being our next President. In this case, we need to listen to what she is saying instead of concentrating on her traveling on a private jet. The effects of climate change will hurt the poor and middle class the worst. The wealthy will be able to withstand the effects longer than us. I think Occupy Wall Street may have fizzled out and, IMO, should of been a lot more organized with a clearer message that more Americans could relate to but it at least brought this discrepancy to light. (BTW, I hated what they did to my downtown!!!)

Bottom line: this thread is about income/wealth inequality. The rich do live much differently than the middle class and have their own set of rules. As far as Clinton is concerned, her using a jet is simply barking up the wrong tree. Here are some charts to peruse. I just skimmed it but since you seem to be interested in this issue - this is a start. Cheers.

Embroidered on a hat, there seems to be some belief it will mystically penetrate the brain with actual ideas and plans. SO far? No joy!

How trashy!
That's because the tax payers aren't footing the bill yet. Imagine how bad her spending will be if she gets elected.

Can someone please explain how promoting a need for change to combat climate change due to carbon emissions followed up by traveling on a private jet is not hypocritical?

Poor Hillary is so busy trying to run our lives that she hardly has time to run her campaign and of course it's the taxpayers fault that they haven't given her high speed rail to travel on. Precious lol
