She didn't call the police because the story is not true.
Most of the "Pro-Life" people are blinded to reality and are more concerned with forcing their morality into the private lives of all women than actually helping anyone or thing.

I wouldn't trust anything published by Live Action News. The founder is a scary bible-thumping fundamentalist. Here's some background on them:

She uses the term "secret abortion" to refer to abortions provided to teens who have sought a legal judicial bypass under state law or teens who have sought abortion in states that do not require parental notice.
She criticizes the use of medical terms by clinical staff such as "fetus" and "embryo," rather than "baby." And she has produced dozens of edited propaganda videos that omit important content, create misimpressions by showing information out of context, and dubious editing that slices together conversations. No secret recording from Live Action has ever been authenticated.
Lila Rose's first videotape, made while an intern at Students for Life, is a tutorial on making cardboard gravestones for display on campuses, where she tells viewers, "make it a fun night with friends, with people from your group, you could have pizza, you could even watch a movie as you do it, it's very easy and fun to do".
Lila Rose's advice is: "Live obedience to God. Obedience is freedom." She has a Christian-focused worldview — she recently converted to Catholicism and was baptized in an Opus Dei parish — but her ethics have increasingly come under fire by leading Catholic theologians, who said in response to Live Action's deceptive recording tactics that "Catholics should regard such activity as morally and legally unacceptable."
The Catholic News Agency (CNA) wrote on February 11, 2011 that Lila Rose said she "intends to provide CNA with a longer position statement explaining her group's perspective on the morality of its work." She has produced a box set of CDs called Exposing Planned Parenthood, along with John W. Garcia, an anti-choice leader in Arizona; the materials accompanying the CD's refers to "hedonistic sexuality educators," asserts that abortion "releases powers of deception and witchcraft over people especially women," and that abortion "binds the practitioners to the demonic spirits" in a blood covenant.
