do you have any REAL proof that trump is lying about his net worth? all you have is subjective data from a couple of sources that are estimating his net worth. and since those sources have no inside information, that is all they can do at this point. trumps accountants have actually run the numbers, and what they told the FEC is likely the most accurate information available at this point, unless you have an inside source in trumps empire, do you?

At least he never claimed to have been "dead broke" like that Clinton fossil whose big-bucks support is coming from.....the 1%.

And Trump, BTW, has filed his financial records, as required.

Not at all. If someone says on Facebook that they have aliens from Venus renting a room above their garage, I have no REAL proof that they're lying, either.

Yeah, they're all out to get him. Poor thing.

The FEC filing is a joke and Trump's campaign made that clear - the forms ask about "Real estate holdings with a value over $50 million" or somesuch, so of course they can check that box and claim Trump is actually worth a bazillion dollars, but the forms just can't handle numbers that colossal.

I do take Forbes' estimates as more trustworthy than Trump's, seeing as he demonstrably speaks before engaging his brain and has every interest in inflating the numbers. Or perhaps he really does think, deep down, that his name is so grand it's worth billions and billions.

Anyway, we may learn a bit more as the lawsuit regarding the get-rich-quick scam once known as "Trump University" unfolds.

Being a rich self made man of course he rubs elbows with 1% but being self made I don't think he would ever forget the guy that mows the grass at one of his golf courses. Being a business man he knows that the workers are an important asset to any successful company.
Translate that to America if he were President. America needs a strong working middle class to work and Trump would be the happiest he has ever been if he sat at the tip top of it.
1% ? you mean .01%
