Domestic stuff is on a different level IMO. Lots of crazies out there of all colors, etc. but no, not all mass murderers are white. Just days after the charleston shooting, there were 12 people shot in detroit and like 10 in Philly, including little kids. Media didn't say a word.

ETA: Actually, just for the heck of it, I found this ... basically, it looks like the percentage of white serial killers has been dropping and black serial killers has been rising.

Overall from 1900 to now, white serial killers have averaged 52% and black, 40%. But from 2000 and on, white has dropped to roughly 34% and black has risen to 56%.

Secondly depends on how you want to define mass murder, they usually use 4 or more killings.

That's a 4:1 ratio, it should be 6:1 for parity. Based on this data like murders there is higher rate of mass killings amongst the black population assuming 4 or more killings defines mass killing.
