Really? All the immigrants that came over the years did not come for work? Most immigrants who come here are law abiding citizens who work and provide for their families. But that doesn't work as a scare tactic. Saying how they may be part of ISIS, even though we've been taking in refugees for many years.

One has to ask why are these people not staying in their own country, why are they coming here? Why is Assad allowed to send his people away and not take care of them. Why do other countries feel we an over amount of jobs and wide open checkbooks from taxpayers?

A link to prove what? That most immigrants are law abiding? That we've been taking in refugees for years? Because nothing I said requires proof.
There's been refugees for years. We've taken in people fleeing civil wars for a long time. This is a country built on immigration. I left Montreal, Canada for the US. And if anyone should be angry, it's the Natives(I'm 1/4). My ancestors were here first and were kicked out. So a significant amount of people have no right to complain when they're relatives came here illegally and gave the Natives the boot.
Having just returned from a trip to Montreal this past weekend, I was amazed on how large the Muslim/Arab community was there, especially in Saint Laurent and Laval. Tons of women wearing head scarves, and people not even batting an eye. But what was more interesting was how well they seemed integrated into their society, speaking fluent French, sending their kids to the public schools, working in all types of professions. Even went to a giant supermarket chain, Adonis, and came to learn it was founded by Lebanese immigrant brothers in the late 70s.

You should be more concerned with the problems we already have instead of some desperate refugees. I am more worried about MS13 and many of the other South/Central American gangs that are already here
