Abortions go up. A LOT.

So I don't get it, these attacks on planned parenthood seem to be a excellent way to cause more abortions to occur. Its not like planned parenthood is the only place to get an abortion. Or don't people think about the unintended consequences at all?
Like other right wing issues based in hysteria, they won't get it until they change it and see the results--lots of pregnant young women ending up like Bristol Palin. I know a lot of women who went to planned parenthood for birth control because they did not want to, or could not, talk to their parents (and I'm talking 16 and up).

The videos weren't edited. One of them was three hours long!

Anyway, we just learned from a caller to a talk show, who's wife works at Planned Parenthood (he said), that "Planned Parenthood does more than just kill babies and throw them into bags." They do a lot of "good things," he said.

Wow. who knew?

Accusations of lying will not make your case. Back alley abortions absolutely happened to those who could not afford to go to a more advanced country for a legal abortion.

You don't know all the services PP provide? So you're flapping your gums over an organization you know nothing about? How typical, the usual con ignorance.

I doubt its ignorance. More along the lines of typical thinking that goes like this "Thomas Jefferson was a brilliant man" and then in comes the Prog Liberal with the screeching of "But, he owned SLAAAVVVEEESS" and to the Libs that constitutes the end of the discussion. The one bad thunders over the other good that the object we're talking about has done, i.e Planned Parenthood and Thomas Jefferson.

As you can see many of the Cons are the same as your type...black and white when it suites their political needs and shades of grey when it doesn't. Pretty gross behavior from both sides right? Right?

Sucks when those silly Cons use your own lame scare tactics, obtuse political blind hackery, and illogical arguements against you, eh?

"Expanded 'access' (oh, how liberals love that word!) to birth control?" "Expanded" in what way? Who didn't have 'access' to birth control? Give me a break! Birth control has been available to any woman that wants it for many decades. This is such sophistry.

How would you know? You seem to have zero acquaintance with independent thought because you just spew lefty talking points.

Expanded in terms of the varieties you have available and in the amount of places you can get it. Bet you have been waiting a long time to use that spiffy word huh?
