45 dead in Baltimore in July alone: how many killed by racist cops? (weapon, racism)

I think it's frustration because they are many blacks who kill blacks. Yet no one is addressing that issue.
Seems like a valid question to me. And that's the thing... the #blacklivesmatter people always insist that they want to "start a national conversation" about race, but then they get offended when asked the tough questions about black on black murder, etc.
I guess they don't understand how a conversation works. One side asks a question, and the other provides an answer and is free to ask questions of their own. They can't just take their ball and go home when a question comes that doesn't fit their narrative. Or actually, I guess that they can, but I think that means that they're on the losing side and need to take a good look at their own community and subculture before deflecting blame onto others...

Exactly and good point. The important issues, the black leaders will not touch, why. They could really make a difference by saying the right things and coming up with solutions, instead of siting hatred by the things they say, and those who are naïve, will buy into the crap they spew out.
Addressing the issue of blacks killing blacks, who has touched on this subject in length with other blacks, and come up with solutions to these problems, and talk about the role of a good education.
I think where these two issues meet is:
-If you are a cop in a place with a lot of murders you are going to also be dealing with a lot of murderers
-A cop in a place with a lot of murderers is going to naturally be more reactionary with their weapon
There are problems in poor white, Asian and Latino communities all over the country too. Do you see them murdering each other anywhere close to the rate of black on black crime in Baltimore or Chicago?
For comparison, El Paso has a slightly larger population than Baltimore, slightly lower average income, and is 80% Hispanic. But comparing the two cities in murder rates, Baltimore had 45 murders last month and El Paso had 10 murders last year.
Black lives matter is political and only apples in the case of a cop or if a Confederate Flag is involved. All lives matter.
Black lives matter is only a racially charged movement against any and all white people (esp white cops, Hispanics too: Zimmerman) for defending themselves against blacks.
Blacks can use the n-word. Blacks can kill other blacks. But at the moment a white person ever says the n-word and/or ever kills a blacks person...
