Let's follow the money.

1) Foreign governments and foreign major corporations hire the Clintons to make a speech, paying them a cool $400K a pop, adding up to north of $100 MILLION over time. These foreign governments & corporations have no interest in anything the Clintons actually have to say. In fact, the "speech" might only be 15 minutes long. Why are people paying the Clintons $400K for 15 minutes? So they can talk to Bill & Hillary before and after the speech, asking them to influence elected representatives in Congress & The Senate, and asking the Clintons to influence the Administration. This is the textbook definition of bribery.

2) Actually, it gets worse. The Clintons contact major corporations and "suggest" they spend $400K to talk to them, warning of the consequences of not hiring them. This is the textbook definition of a shake-down.

3) Earning millions of dollars, the Clintons, eager to appear to be generous, donate $15 Million to Charity.

4) On Monday, the "Charity" they donate to is the Clinton Foundation.

5) On Tuesday, The Clinton Foundation pays Bill & Hillary millions of dollars in salary using the donations from the Clintons as the source of funds.

6) On Wednesday The Clinton Foundation pays Chelsea millions of dollars in management fees using the donations from her parents as the source of funds. This way, The Clintons skirt the gift tax they would owe if they were to just gift the money to Chelsea, who is not a charity. Instead, the Clintons make the donation to the Clinton Foundation -- which they control -- which in turn pays Chelsea a salary of a million bucks a year, avoiding the gift tax.

What part of corrupt don't you understand???
The bottom line is the Clinton's are human beings (and human beings like money.) Whether your a rich democrat or republican politician your doing business with your friends, making charitable donations to get tax deductions, and doing things to put more money in your pocket.

And all of the possible corruption in the Clinton Foundation is outweighed by the single act of them saving one million lives in Nigeria (and the Clinton Foundation does many, many other things like that.)

And at least the Clinton's donations go to helping people. When republicans make charity donations the money goes to their corporate think tanks to give them more power and get their corporations more deregulation.

And when the Koch brothers give to charity (their corporations) regular Americans have their taxes increased by .50 cents for each dollar they donate (but republicans could care less.)

Bottom line is when the Clinton's do unethical things to help needy people republicans attack them like wolves, but when republicans do unethical things to help their corporations republicans say its OK.

I assume the Kool-Aid you speak of refers to the "Obama Kool-Aid" the LEADER Rush Limbaugh often speaks of.

When Obama got elected Limbaugh warned that America was going to drink the Kool-Aid for the next four years. Limbaugh uses the Kool-Aid analogy with health care reform, global warming, the economy, ex.ex.
Drinking the Kool-Aid: An Introduction

And "NO" the Obama Kool-Aid is not all you can drink. Obama's healthcare reform has many problems (and too bad there's only 1 republican in all of Washington who wants to fix Obamacare and stop it from hurting people.)
Kingston: O-Care failure not 'responsible' | TheHill

And I could criticize most of Obama's policies, but his policies are the best a liberal can do without help from conservatives. Today's conservatives don't fine tune liberal programs like they should, whether its healthcare, welfare, or stimulus spending the conservatives don't fix the programs, instead they desire the programs to fail while they whine about them.

And its conservatives who have the all you can drink corporate Kool-Aid. All a conservative can do is say "the rich pay all the taxes", "Welfare freeloaders suck", "the democrats will turn us into communists", ex.ex. But the conservatives can't explain their corporate soundbites or offer ways to fix America's problems (all they can do is repeat the simplistic soundbites their corporate leaders at Fox news and Rush radio tell them, or blindly attack democrats like their corporate LEADERS do.)
