Well Mr. President, I never get selected either. I think it's pretty stand up of him to show up, given that all it would have taken for him to get out of it was a phone call. I didn't often agree with the man, but, I give credit where it is due. He puts many to shame for dodging jury duty. This is the first time I can remember that a former President of this country has shown up for jury duty.

Go back and look it up. A large portion of eligible people did not serve, for one reason or another. And he did join the National Guard but was not called up.

Actually I meant him showing up to jury duty to take a few photos with minorities. Politicians can never pass on a photo op. Nor a positive story.
