People jumping to rash uninformed decisions based on spoon fed info and emotion rarely results in well thought out solutions to anything.

At least shotguns would be unaffected. Here are my current favorites:

Technically two of those are AOW's , which I guess would be banned under a hunting rifle shotgun handgun only law. Yet a crank fired three barrel, three action saiga 12 would still slide out from under a blanket law like that.
