She was ordered to turn it over. She decided to actually turn it in rather than have the feds come in and seize it. She didn't voluntarily turn them over.

She is a little cold and very calculated. She's part of a well oiled machine and there doesn't seem to be an Obama this time around. Warren disappointed me with her unwillingness to run.

Here's the fact you are conveniently ignoring - she was supposed to turn over the drive but did not. Not a "scandal", but an obstruction of justice. If you or I did that, we would already be in custody. But Hilary and her supporters believe that she is above the law.

She is not. That's a fact.

I thinks it's important for people to understand that, as bad as this looks, we don't know if any laws were broken. So in other words, by no means count Hilary out just yet. I'm betting she sidesteps this, and goes on to be the POTUS.
It would most certainly would. That clearance makes clear that you do NOT let that information out, on purpose or not. There are classes, conferences and multiple meetings regarding what that clearance means. It means you don't send the information, but it also means you don't leave it laying around carelessly.

She may sidestep it, but Huma will go down. If she's not given the "Clinton Treatment" first.

It could be that the reason Hillary wiped the server is that she didn't want the world to see the naked pix she was getting from her husband, Billy Bob Trailer Trash. Maybe she sent some of her own x-pics back in response.

It couldn't possibly be because she is corrupt and deceitful.

So you are going with 60+ year old snatch as the defense of Hillary? Was their 30k+ nude bill and Hillary emails?

Good point. You'd need a lot of bandwidth for those cankles and thighs, but not 30,000 e-mails' worth of bandwidth.

Maybe some of the emails involve their friend and pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein, or the regular orgies Epstein held at his Caribbean compound. These two trailer park hillbillies are involved in so much underhanded, illicit, and disgusting conduct it's hard to imagine what was on those e-mails. But the possibilities are truly endless.

She didn't have any choice in the matter because the server was not at her home as the media incorrectly implied.
  • The Server was not at her home. It had been moved, some time ago, to a co-location site at large server farm to be managed by another company.
  • The FBI most likely issued a warrant against the hosting company which would be all too happy to turn over whatever the FBI wants.
  • The FBI has some bright people working for them. I'm sure this involved more than just a physical server with a clean drive.
  • If the server was professionally managed, then there will be backups, off side media storage of backups for disaster recover purposes, and possibly even other images of the server kept for redundancy reasons.
  • No doubt the FBI will want all of that.
The big question becomes, who else had access to all this data at that co-location site. Did remote server administrators in other countries manage that server? Were they vetted and given a security clearance by the State Dept. I'm guessing not, but it will all eventually come out in the wash.

i.e. It's a huge s**t sandwich that a lot of people will have to take a bite from before it's over.

I have been told by a number of libs on CD that this was nothing. It wasn't going to have any affect on Clintons campaign. How this was all only a smear campaign by the GOP against her. Well, at this point, if it's a smear campaign, it's the most elaborate smear campaign in the history of politics.

Now that is too funny since the DimocRats have taken two a$$ whoppin's in the last two general elections!
Maybe DimocRats need to heed their own advice ... The Party is really becoming the Party of socialism, communism ...comrade.
