Trump / Sanders 2016!!!

No how about a Libertarian and Sanders team up. Maybe they could put aside their interests and win on principals.

He was reprimanded for not getting in lock step.

Believing the democrats do not do the same is incorrect.

That is not a reprimand, the fact that you are even using that word means you dont know its meaning.

if you are going to use a word use it correctly.

And it is not even close to what the person I responded to was claiming, which was that the actual position within the party is challenged by the leadership, which Schumer was not.

You failed on all your attempts. If you didnt know what you were talking about, you should have just not responded.

Stop Reprimanding me. I know exactly what it means.

You obviously have no clue what happened with Chucky.

Schumer did not fall in line with his party masters and was reprimanded whether you want t0 believe it or not.

You don't have to be atheist to oppose extreme social conservatism.

Riiiiiiiiiight. The GOP controls the US House, US Senate, 70% of state legislatures, and 31 of 50 governorships. A real 'dying breed.'

Good for him. Schumer should remember that he`s not the senator from Israel. Lieberman had that same problem.

Republicans at this point in history have many problems. A backward stance on most current social issues, such as gay rights and gay marriage. Openly pandering to corporations in the most unapologetic of ways. Illogical, unwavering positions on issues such as gun control and global warming. All these things bother me, but what bothers me most, is the complete lack of intellectual depth of the current Republican party. We no longer see intelligent articulate Republican politicians and commentators like William F Buckley, Barry Goldwater, Dwight Eisenhower and Ronald Reagan. What we see now amongst American conservatives is a willing joy of ignorance, a race to the intellectual bottom.
