I wish him the best, such a gentle & humble man.
For some people, it's all politics all the time. They're afraid that showing a modicum of empathy for someone of a different political persuasion might expose them to their conservative friends as a fraud. That's how bad the conformity has become.

It's just like when someone agrees with a post I make and they happen to be conservative. It's always, "I hate to agree with you, or "I don't normally agree with you," or some crap like that. It's ridiculous.

If you agree, just say so and spare me the silly ass preamble for crying out loud.

Leave it to the libs to yet again fail both reading comprehension and sarcasm.

This reminds me of my late step grandfather... his parents, four siblings, and first wife all died from cancer, yet he outlived them all and lived to be 86. He eventually did develop esophageal cancer, but it was likely brought on by years of dipping Beechnut.

But the personal attacks, which were reported, still stand.

He seems pretty healthy excluding the cancer.....probably could live another 10 years.

But if he has cancer and it has spread, that probably means chemo and radiation......that will probably be one of the biggest threats to his life. I would consider alternative-therapy.

He wouldn't.

He's an institutionalist idealist.

Blow jobs are a good alternative therapy in battling male arthritis. Sadly the FDA has not approved it.

Neither would I. Only someone with no empathy could do such a thing. Cancer sucks I and hope one day no one ever dies of it. Shame on anyone who wishes cancer on another human being.

Best wishes to Carter. He was the last president who demonstrated that he actually cared for the common person.
