No, I do not believe that will ever happen!
If indicted, she will be released on her own recognizance.
If convicted, she will get a Presidential Pardon.
Worst case scenario, she will spend less than a week total time in jail.
Chances are, she will not even be there overnight. In fact, she will probably not even spend a few hours locked up.
I hate looking at her - but I'd just about flip out in excitement seeing her in a jump suit... and I'd buy a lottery ticket with her inmate number...
She is not going to prison. She gave them all the emails. She has nothing to hide.
She is guilty as ever. Hillary was the Sec. of State. You mean to tell me that she didn't know what she was reading was classified? Horsepoop! And yes if it was me, I would be in Kansas by now in our famous brig.
This stuff will run thru the 2017 elections and hopefully a Republican gets in so that they can get a conviction otherwise she will not be prosecuted at all.
On January 20th, 2017 @ 11:55am Prez Obama, Will commutes her sentence, I don't Think he will pardon her, but stop the appeal that would be pending, and commute the sentence the district Judge will have given her (She will be out on O/R Bail pending the appeal then).
That way she is out, But can not server in office since she is still convicted.
Stories like this are part of the reasons that smart, experienced leaders stay out of the public sector. Similarly why loud mouths like Trump attract attention.
It is basically the same crime that Petraeus was convicted for - unauthorized removal and retention of classified information (he was convicted but avoided jail time, although obviously his public life was ruined).
But we are talking about the Obama justice system - her chance of being charged for the federal crime are slim to none.
But, in my opinion she will not politically recover from this. In her previous campaigns Hillary has always started off as a strong candidate and sunk and just keeps on sinking in the polls until election day. Sometimes she was able to barely beat the downward spiral (her senate campaign), sometimes not (her last presidential campaign). Seems her downward spiral is beginning early.

Fact check ... Petraeus crime was 'confidential' information. Her majesty had TS/SCI. Talk about apples and oranges.
Wow, truly amazes me how if this were your average joe they'd be in prison for decades faster than a new york minute yet because she has money, influence, being the wife of an ex president and being a woman she is very likely to get off scot free!
Your average Joe is a former Secretary of State with with a national security clearance. Some average Joe.
