However, this could hurt Hillary. As her corruptness slowly drips out, it gives her opponents more ammunition to hit her with in a very late in the year first debate. The odds that she will be able to dodge, like she has been, tough questions in the debate is unlikely. Having the debates later will give her opponents more ammo without the public being fed up of the topic yet in the debates.
Well only time will tell when the primary elections happen, but the way I see it, Hillary is the front runner for the GOP to attack while the Democrat voters select who they really want running for them.

regardless of how you feel about Clinton, there has not been a single sign of what most people would define as corruption.

You've clearly drunk deeply from the Clinton koolaid. She's never been accused of taking a bribe? You mean other than the donations from foreign governments to her "foundation" (that spends 85% of the money on itself) while she was secretary of state? Other than those bribes?
At this rate she won't make it to the debates. Her campaign is deflating rapidly. The more people see of her the less they like.
She and Jeb Bush are similar candidates in many ways. They're both establishment backed (although Hillary more of less created the establishment that backs her), they're both more droners than speakers and they're both cold fish personally. They're both old, they're both dynastic. Neither's proposals are drawing more than yawns.
They're the past.
In the case of Hillary, though, she has great staying power. Her resources, financial and contact-wise, are immense. Almost unlimited. But her resources are also smart. If her success becomes doubtful, they'll go elsewhere. So the issue about debate stacking is moot. To me anyway.
