1) Hold a truly epic Coronation party - to include the corpses of Andy Warhol and Truman Capote.
2) Spend lots of time in Hawaii.
3) "Enclose" the deep South and Oklahoma - and force resettlement of the area by college graduates from the Northeast
4) Evict the remnants of Anhueser-Bush from the US soil
5) Force an edict where for every hour of AM radio one listens to, they must spend an equal hour reading a book or quality periodical
6) Trucks and SUVs with over 300HP can only be purchased by people who haul things for a living
7) Hold Winter Court in Santa Barbara
8) "Give up" on General Motors - perhaps use that labor to make more gym equipment for my obese subjects
9) Establish royal vineyards to better the quality of our red wine
10) Institute a common-core education standard and force students to learn a second language and own a passport.
IF?
IF?
IF?
Americans are born with sovereign prerogatives - and are tricked into surrendering them to the socialist democratic system.
. . .
“... at the Revolution, the sovereignty devolved on the people, and they are truly the sovereigns of the country, but they are sovereigns without subjects, and have none to govern but themselves. . .”
- - - John Jay, Chisholm v. Georgia, 2 U.S. 2 Dall. 419 419 (1793) https://www.law.cornell.edu/supremec...CR_0002_0419_Z
. . .
Under the promised republican form, Americans are endowed by their CREATOR with natural rights, liberties, and absolute ownership (aka "private property"). Unless they consent otherwise, the government is merely their servant, not their master.
. . .
"What I do say is that no man is good enough to govern another man without that other's consent. I say this is the leading principle, the sheet-anchor of American republicanism. Our Declaration of Independence says: "We hold these truths to be self-evident: That all men are created equal; that they are endowed by their Creator with certain inalienable rights; that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."
- - - Abraham Lincoln, Speech at Peoria, Illinois (1854) http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/Abraham_lincoln
As Lincoln reminds us, under the republican form, promised by the USCON, instituted by the Declaration of Independence, NO MAN (nor American government) is good enough to govern you without your consent. Without your consent, all that government is authorized to do is secure rights (prosecute trespass; adjudicate disputes; defend against enemies, foreign or domestic).
What endowed rights exist that government was created to secure?
" PERSONAL LIBERTY, or the Right to enjoyment of life and liberty, is one of the fundamental or NATURAL Rights, which has been protected by its inclusion as a guarantee in the various constitutions, which is not derived from, or dependent on, the U.S. Constitution, which may not be submitted to a vote and may not depend on the outcome of an election. It is one of the most sacred and valuable Rights, as sacred as the Right to private property...and is regarded as inalienable."
- - - 16 Corpus Juris Secundum, Constitutional Law, Sect.202, p.987
Endowed rights are not dependent upon the constitution, may not be submitted to a vote, nor subject to the servant government. They are sacred, as is absolute ownership of private property.
From the Communist manifesto: "In this sense, the theory of the Communists may be summed up in the single sentence: Abolition of private property."
Since 1933, Americans appear to have lost the capacity to absolutely own private property. Government routinely "arrests" or confiscates property and does not pay just compensation. Coincidentally, "free" Americans now need permission (license) and / or pay a tax to live, work, travel, buy, sell, operate a business, transmit radio, fly a plane, trade in healthcare, buy medicine, cut hair, build a house, hunt, fish, marry, and / or own a dog.
"PRIVATE PROPERTY - As protected from being taken for public uses, is such property as BELONGS ABSOLUTELY TO AN INDIVIDUAL, and of which he has the exclusive right of disposition. Property of a specific, fixed and tangible nature, capable of being in possession and transmitted to another, such as houses, lands, and chattels."

WAKE UP, AMERICA.
Go read your laws. Go read your histories.
Ignore the propaganda ministry.

If sufficient number of Americans did restore their sovereign status there would be several side effects:
[] "Dollar bills" would cease to have legal tender status
[] Billionaires become Zero-aires
[] Government would be unable to borrow on the credit of the "human resources"
[] There would be no funding of the unWars in Asia
[] All public charity would cease
But Americans are too apathetic, ignorant and arrogant to read their own laws, so this is a remote possibility.
Pull all the IOU's out of social security and send out collection notices and being King I would back it with my military. Lower the retirement age to 60 so people can enjoy their later years. Prisons would open up for business and go back to raising food and manufacturing to become self funding. Bring back the gallows and begin clearing out death row.stop handing out grants to study why fat people are unhealthy and such. Encourage companies to do business within US boundaries and discourage companies who wish to run their business in foreign country's. give the military to the generals, no tied hands, "war is hell" make it so. To many things to list, many people would hate me at first.
