My Son is like that, he just doesn't want the hassle of being in a relationship, he is a loner and a loner likes to be alone

BTW, OP, you deal with it. The rest of us don't give a crap about you.
I think that most of the men that feel this way, are the ones that have been married, and divorced.

Actually, they are. Do a little poking around online and you'll read about it. Talk to your daughters and you'll be surprised how the pool of responsible males out there is drying up. And I get it. I just sat through another interminable sensitivity training course for work and all I got out of it was if you're a man watch your step, one wrong word and it's your job. And why bother? As my son's friend told me, who needs relationships when you have Tinder.

Here are some interesting statistics on the so-called marriage strikes - https://dalrock.wordpress.com/2015/0...-married-data/

And some interesting reading - http://www.mgtowmagazine.com/benefit...chasing-women/

This phenomenon is probably bigger here in Japan than anywhere. There are young guys here who proclaim, without embarrassment, that they like 2D anime girls better than 3D real life women. And the girls aren't all that interested in realationships either. The ideal is living with parents into your mid 30s, or longer, with few responsibilities and plenty of spending money for shopping, eating out and roadtrips with girlfriends. Men are not required.

As for me, while I can relate to the OP's attitude to some extent, at 52 I'm glad I have my wife and kids and not heading for old age alone.

Hopefully more men will GTOW because then it will reduce the competition.

From what I understand the selection of men keeps getting more shallow, self centered and egotistical.

Personally I do not know because I am married but if one goes by what is read on different forums....

Ah, so you're one of those people that thinks men should be attracted to whatever society tells them.

My girlfriend and I have discussed this, each from our own perspective. I am 64 and she is 45. I am crazy about her. She says without question I am the best man out there.. That is pretty sad commentary on the state of things from my perspective. She is beautiful inside and out. I dated for a while, and it was not pretty. I had almost given up. I guess my point is, that in years past, I could never have dreamed of finding such a wonderful woman, but thanks to the changes in the male female philosophy, suddenly there are more opportunities out there for those of us who have maintained old fashioned values. Thanks guys for making this so much easier for me....

I understand the source of your feelings and I think any man would. It all comes down to what you desire. If you can do without sex, then no big deal if you have relationships or not. If you want children, then a relationship with a woman is almost a necessity. It's difficult for a man to raise children alone.
