What percentage of churches in America do you think are out and out scams? (Congress, speech)

If you are not outraged after watching that John Oliver episode, then you're not paying attention. Or maybe you're one of the scammers.

the IRS has time to audit your average Joe, but God only knows how many fake churches are stealing, literally and legally billions and without paying a dime in taxes.

The IRS also sends an unlimited # of tax refunds, costing the tax payers MILLIONS if not billions to the same address. They're so on top of things!

Can't say a percentage, but I believe most mega-Evangelical churches are scams. I say that as a Christian too.

I'd be thrilled if the church that reaches birth control is a sin would just feed, clothe, house and educate their own. Donald Trump would need a different cause.

If it's still in business, make sure you ask a priest or nun. I doubt the lay teachers will know anything about it.

I sincerely believe that the issue of church "scams" in combination with reverends of questionable motives, morals, and backgrounds is probably more profound within the black community than anywhere else.
