Vast Right Wing Conspiracy!!!

FOIA requests and other government accountability laws can't be followed through on as Hillary violated federal policy.

This criminal is the Democratic front runner. As long as she is presumed heir apparent for the highest public office arguably in the world - get use to it as Hillary slowly drips out news.

Breaking a law, or a breach of policy? I believe the judge referred to it as being the latter.

Breach of policy that makes laws unable to be carried out.

Hillary has steadfastly said that she did not violate law or policy that she acted within the guidelines.

According to the democratic playbook, Repubs can now stand up on the floor of the senate and tell a lie that would damage HRC's run for for president.

Can't wait to see Hillary Clinton convicted. She comes across as so entitled. I think she will meet her comeupance at last. Buh bye Hillary.

She didnt violate policy.

The judge is arguing a causation correlation loop.

In short, he is mad that the law doesnt account for a private server by a public employee, that doesnt make it illegal or mean that she broke policy.

another real world example is when Apple care first came out and they didnt specify that it had to be an apple product you owned and had registered to you, people started sending in their friends Ipods and apple products they bought from goodwill. Now it is specific to the device.

this judge should now advocate for a public servant law in the same liking, that way a private server is covered as well.
