Just noting that they indeed do have many options if it falls too low. There seems to be no such restrictions on it going too high.

What would these actions be? I don't base my beliefs contingent on who is in office. I supported those who got the initial bail outs blocked when Bush was in office.

I condemned McCain when he suspended his campaign to rush back to D.C. to try and salvage it.

And for the conspiracy theory to go even further:

Market turmoil threatens Fed's rate hike plans

Again, if there indeed is a PPT, they're not very good.

Well letting the private sector and markets correct itself after 2007 has its own consequences.

You mean after QE artificially propped it up. If you're talking specifically.
Plus the marker corrections would have already happened and we'd be at least 5 years into an actual recovery. Instead of wallowing in this stagnant at best economy.

Of course it did. Unfortunately now people believe there are no repercussions for their irresponsible (and in some cases illegal) actions. The government will step in and make all the little people clean it up.when they screw up.

If it was propped it out then how would we be recovering faster or better off in the short to medium term? There wouldn't have been a bull run and we'd still be shedding jobs due the lack of qe and government intervention.

Lol. Nope, people certainly know there are repercussions. Unless you mean the 0.1% but they've always done good no matter.
