The Fed can only print so much money. Let us sit back now and see if it worked. At least the mouth breathers did not raise interest rates. Which tell us a little about the real economic picture....it is bleak, the employment scene is weak and not in recovery. They all lie.
Raising rates awhile ago would have been the perfect thing to do. Maybe too late now. State that rates were going to go up. Those sitting on the fences would have moved and bought big ticket items. With rates up, those who were once retired could retire again opening up employment opportunities for others.
