They lowered it with Clinton, lowered it even further with Duhbya and now with Obama the bar is laying on the ground.

But he's the only hope for heading off at the pass a 73-yr-old self-described socialist from getting the nomination. Dems understand that would bring about an inevitable replay of 1972, a 49 state loss.

And btw you've got a DNC chair who doesn't seem to know the definition of 'socialism.'

Yeah the Democratic party is just a well-oiled machine cruising at altitude...not.
Even ASSUMING all that was true (which it isn't) you STILL don't see ANY Democratic candidate (let alone the current front-runner) threatening to run as a 3rd Party candidate. How's THAT worked out in the past?

Trump will NOT get the nomination and will run as a 3rd Party candidate.

We told you to put Sarah Palin on the ticket which made McCain look even more pathetic?

And now, it's OUR FAULT that the Repubs are such a pathetic party that you've had to turn to a bloviating clown with a poodle on his head just to garner enough enthusiasm for your ticket to even have a smidgen of hope for 2016?

You Repubs love to ramble on about personal responsibility, but you sure as hell don't have any yourselves.
I wouldn't brag a lot. Bush might have been the weakest candidate ever in 2004 and still beat Kerry. He was most certainly the weakest to ever win.

If a strong economy pulled back from catastrophe, a global foreign policy for a global era, and expanded social liberties for long oppressed minority groups is your definition of a bad president, I want to live in your utopia.

And since the Repubs took control of Congress, he's been beating THEM like they stole something too!

Walk in the White House in the morning...under the desk, you'll see Boehner shining one of Obama's shoes and McConnell shining the other. He put them out on the stroll in skirts and high heels the day he got elected. They'd better have his money too when he asks for it.

Uhh...yeah, but I'm not blaming the Republicans for the Dems nominating Kerry, am I.

Therein lies the difference.

Really? George W Bush didn't lowered the bar? It's Obama?

And which party is lowering the bar? Which party is having wet dreams about Trump?

So let me get this straight, you're asking the liberals to explain lowering the bar?? It should be the conservatives who have to explain themselves. This is like the homeless man at a party asking everyone else to explain why their hygiene is bad.

The scary thing is, this may actually be your most "intelligent" post in a while. At least you're not making crazy predictions like Hillary dropping out of the race because Chelsea is having a baby, or something strange like that.
.
OMG. LOVE the homeless analogy. LOL.

I'm baffled how anyone can think a president who helped save our economy from collapse and get it growing with millions of new private sector jobs and shrinking government jobs, as well as get our military operations under control and effective again could be mislabeled as bad.

The results are far from perfect, but given the atrocity he inherited, Obama's worked wonders.
It's thinkers like you that put people like obama in office. When you get older, you'll see the follies of your beliefs.

Not only did he start campaigning during his second year, he voted present on all bills.. He and Biden were the most liberal senators in congress and both are LOL jokes.
