I'm not a trump fan, but lets discuss the nuts and bolts.
#1 go after these folks. The local cops know who they are.
And 400,000 additional employees? Hmmm...oddly enough we have around 450,000 people in the national guard. Plus they have lots of planes, trucks, etc to move people with. Thats kinda convenient.
So nuts and bolts. Deport everyone who is not a US citizen that is here illegally. Call out for the national guard at the state level to help, and use the air force, and army resources to move people. Drop them off at the border OPPOSITE of our country, IE ship them via ship or plane to the southern border of Mexico if thats the country they are from, and get really nasty about enforcing the border. Shoot some folks who attempt to invade.
Force employment verification, and jail american citizens who bypass it.
You build a great wall between the illegal immigrants and the employers which is the reason they come here.
Anyone can be hired for any reason but like Americans everywhere they must produce a social security card and between the date of hiring and the first pay check, say 7 days, clearance must be obtained through ICE that the social security card is valid.
If the card is not valid the employee is immediately let go and does NOT receive that payroll check and if the employer insists on paying the illegal it's a $10,000 per day fine for every day the illegal stays on the payroll.
What makes this the great wall is half that money, $5,000 per day, is split with the person who turns the employer in whether it be another employee, his wife, the secretary, book keeper, receptionist or whoever.
Employers will stop hiring immediately.
Unless/ until employment of undocumented workers ends, they will continue to come.

Actually as a consumer you do have some knowledge about who a restaurant hires. Local ones in my are have a sign or sticker saying that they use e-verify. Look for it, you might be surprised.
But I am in agreement. E-verify being mandatory would go a long long way to solving the problem.
Only 4 states have made e-Verify a state law for all employees. Reportedly, employers bypass e-Verify half the time.
Millions self-deported in 2009 and 2010 and it didn't cost us a dime. No job, no work, they leave. Simply enforce strict hiring practices including e-verify and they are gone.
If didn't cost us anything to get them here and it doesn't have to cost us anything to send them home.
Get rid of the 2 biggest incentives and they will self deport and it won't cost us a dime.
1.) Welfare Anchor Babies
2.) Employment of Tourists
1.) Amend the US. Constitution to clarify the 14th Amendment and that it is long past any ancestral slavery generation.
2.) Seize all assets business and personal of those employing Tourist. Even big corporations, their CEO's and all administration, including all shareholders.
Problem solved. We the people want that. Those in the Washington Cartel, don't.
What year will a super majority of both chambers support an amendment and then how long before 37 states ratify it?
It's more likely the whole issue of anchor babies will first be put in the lap of SCOTUS.

No clue if Congress would bite the wallets that feed them.
Every one of them is entitled to an Immigration Hearing and an appeal. Reportedly, about 250,000 cases are heard each year. With appeals, it would take about 40 years to clear the decks. I suppose a massive number of new judges could be appointed and the courts operated 24/7. That might clear the decks in 10-22 years.
Once deported, he plans to make it easier for most Mexicans to return legally.
All of this presumes Congress will fund this fantasy as well as an " impenetrable wall" and boots on the ground to fight ISIS. Sure sounds like a heck of a lot of new big government spending and jobs to me.
No they are NOT entitled to any type of IMMIGRATION hearing or representation. THEY ARE ILLEGAL ALIENS!!!!
