You mean like the conservative who ran for President in 2012 who was the ONLY one who said to stop the war on drugs since it isn't working and it targets minorities especially those in the inner city? Or like the conservative running for President now who along with Corey Booker is trying to get the Redeem Act passed?
You have no proof on stop and frisk for one because it isn't a conservative value and two, up made it up. That's the truth. The truth is something you'll never own while falsely playing the race card.
