Looks like the Houston Law Enforcement just got their Ducks in a Row - they have made an arrest. I'm guessing the Forenics evidence has been done by now.

The suspect arrested and charged on Capitol Murder charges.
Shannon J. Miles - Black male with former Criminal history. He was the man taken into custody at 2:30 this morning.
The very same one whose Momma said "he was home all night". He was NOT turned in by his Mother - CNN is very wrong in their reporting.
Gun recovered and ballistic match. Sheriff said it was a vehicle search that led them to the suspect.
