Not at all, he still appears to have been the better choice over 'Let's bomb someone NOW!' McCain and 'Can I have one of those round chocolate thingeys' Romney. The real dupees here were you conservative Republicans who thought you were actually offering a better choice.
Obama has not demoinstrated any leadership. Otherwise yes, he has taken the country in the wrong direction and unfortunately his decisions will have no lingering use in the future. Typically an administration leaves a little something upon which to build. Obama has left a foundation of lies on soft ground.

Absolutely. The GOP base wants someone who will talk tough, regardless of whether they have the facts right. Those type of leaders get us into unnecessary wars and our soldiers end up needlessly dying.
You sound like liberals who complain about Reagan. Reagan adopted a disaster created by the other party and fixed it with the best tools for those issues.
Likewise, Obama came in and fixed the problems we hired him to fix that the other party created, and all you radical ideologues do is complain because he didn't do it the way you wanted.
There's many different ways to fix problems and we are light years ahead of where we were in 2008 in terms of foreign policy, military effectiveness, and economy.

This is exactly why radicals don't like Obama. It's psychological. They want an authoritarian father figure (Cheney, for example, or Trump) who may be utterly wrong but they present their ignorance in such a powerful, cowboy like way that they get away with it.
What we have in Obama is a nuanced mind who understands the complexity of complex global relationships. He's a collaborator, not a dictator, and they don't like that.

Nuanced mine???
Seriously, wake up and smell the coffee!
Next time, I pray America will vote for someone who has earned their way in life with intelligence and leadership skills. Hopefully, he will soon rejoin his Chicago "church" and become a forgotten part of history.
