So true. In Oklahoma, committing adultery is a felony, punishable with up to 5 years in prison and a $500 fine. But no religious zealots ever complain about it not being enforced. Probably because they are among the ones who cheat.

They don't have to remove anything, but IF they want to keep them on they are subjected to pat downs, or other screening methods. Basic religious accommodation. They have the option of following standard procedure (removal of head wear) or get a pat down.

That is not the same thing at all. You're being illogical.
It is a decision by the TSA not any Muslim woman. The TSA has determined that it doesn't affect the credibility of their security as it is just another garment. They are still subjected to security checks as determined by Homeland Security.
The Kentucky clerk refused to carry out the functions of the position she occupied. She wasn't forced into the position, or made to remain in it. Her excuse for not carrying out the job functions (her religion) doesn't matter, whether it is her religion, not liking the color of the licence paper, just being lazy, or fairies talking in her ear. Her religion has not been made an issue by anyone but her.
You do understand that her job description did not change, right?
Example: Say your job description says you must give liquor licenses to all those who meet the requirements. Then the requirements change. You still have to give liquor licenses to those who meet the requirements. Her job description did not say, give marriage licenses to all those whose lifestyle you agree with.
If you can't understand this very BASIC concept, then you are truly a lost cause.

The question of issuing gun license has been dealt with.
Gun rights have long been the law of the land. NOT the case with SSM. The clerks job description was changed by people that don't care one iota about the laws in KY. She came to the job with an understanding of the laws that govern her behavior. He has executed her responsibilities admirably

Changing the law did not change her JOB DESCRIPTION. Issue marriage licenses. That is all.
It did not say "to those you approve of", or "to those that agree with your beliefs" or "only to man woman couples". It said "issue marriage licenses".
She is not issuing marriage licenses to ANYONE, thus is not doing her job.
