As far as whether it's "worth it" do you drive? Heat your house? And it was Western oil companies that found the oil, not Imams.

Timothy McVeigh wasn't a Muslim was he? What caused him to blow crap up? There will always be "terrorists" regardless of race, political affiliation or religion. So you do admit that the war was for oil then?

On one end, the deal probably won't accomplish much. On the other, unstable theocracies are even less stable when they aren't allowed to have an economy.

There's no easy solution.

Or creating the tragedies. Or strong arming them into creating tragedies. In fact, what have we actually improved in our 15 year crusade?

McVeigh's "partner" actually got some training from Islamists in the southern islands of the Philippines. And yes, a good part of the war was over keeping that part of the world somewhat governable, for protecting the West's oil.

So that $140 billion is going to fund the Iranian economy? Doubt it highly. Probably going to terror, warfare and Swiss bank accounts.

So? It is necessary to keep the West's oil supply under control.

No. We didn't create the tragedies. We don't impel ISIS to burn people alive.

I was largely referring to the lifted sanctions that accompany the Iran deal.

Saudi Arabia is more like Iran than they are any of our other allies.

Terrorism is the expression of views from those who have (or feel they have) no other way of expressing their view. ISIS is a result of failed US foreign policy.

And I was referring to the cash infusion by means of the return of "their" money, money which should go first to the victims of terror Iran spawned.

Why are they exempt from the Geneva Convention and rules of engagement? We bind ourselves with that so we can't fight back while they plunge planes into buildings.
