Why do blacks murder other blacks so often? Every weekend the total murders in most cities are not mass murders.
How many Blacks and Whites will be killed in Chicago or NYC this weekend?
The numbers probably lean toward more Black murders.
It may have to do with the level of premeditation. Maybe pissed-off white guys are more likely to contemplate their crime beforehand instead of acting on rash instinct?

OP didn't want to discuss white violence. It's actually very rare.
There will be more Blacks killed this weekend than all the White Mass murders over the last 24 months.
