I agree. Any high profile case like this should have the trial moved IMHO. Too much bias, too many strong opinions.

No, when the jury is deadlocked the judge always asks them to try to come to a consensus because that is their job. If they can't, a mistrial is declared and that sucks because no one wants a mistrial, because they suck.

What is taking the jury so long to convict this criminal? There is always some on the jury who will side with the cop no matter what.

LOL you are so objective lol....I know screw the evidence. Convict the cop at all costs even if he did not commit a crime!!

It's really a no win situation....no matter what the verdict, five will get you ten, there still will be riots.

I wonder which charges the jury reached verdicts on and which charge (or charges) they are deadlocked on. If the jury is deadlocked on one or more charges but had reached a verdict on other charges then the verdicts will stand and only the deadlocked charge(s) will be retried.
