Or could it be that you're just conflating 'they' to be a homogeneous (that means all the same, go ahead and look it up) group when, in reality, this guy was a guy who was tortured by Assad and escaped ISIS with his kid and was looking for some shelter.
The bulk of the invaders appear to be men of fighting age with a few brood females to tide them over; why are they not fighting ISIS where they live?
Because they are ISIS.
If these invaders were genuinely trying to fix their own lands they'd have joined their nations military and fought ISIS.
So, a camerawoman is filming the police trying to round up a group of illegals in Hungary. A cop grabs one man, who is carrying a child, but he wiggles free and begins to flee. She trips him, which is essentially aiding the cop, and now she has been fired and people are calling to have assault charges brought against her.

By inserting herself into the news instead of reporting the news she stopped doing her job and essentially became just another regular person on the scene. Therefore, her termination from the job is not unexpected. As for assault, it depends on the laws in Hungary.
If you lived in a country where that sot of sh.t was done to kids, you'd try to get out, too.
