This country has a horrible record on letting refugees in during these types of situations. The same arguments were made about the Jews in the 30' and 40's, the DPs in the 50's.
I applaud the pope for telling every Catholic Church, monastery, and convent in Europe to take in one family each. Maybe the churches in this country could do that, especially the evangelicals so they quit worrying about same sex marriage and other things that don't mean a damn thing.
So your assuming these refuges won't be able to work, be educated, and will be a drag on your economy. Like . .i dunno. . .its happened a lot of times in the past, and refugees have always contributed to our economic power and diversity
We already have way too many graduates fresh out of college who are highly educated with no skills, working lousy part-time jobs unrelated to what they went to school for, and are dragging the economy. Let's help them first?

These are not Syrian refugees. These are ISIS militants.
That's wonderful of our great President. But we should take much more in. 4 Million at least. That's how many Germany is taking in adjusted for our population.
