People talk about inequality - when you never lift the floor (by accepting millions of unskilled, uneducated poor from around the world) the only way to bridge inequality is bringing down the top. That is not how to run an economy. If you want to fix inequality, you focus on bringing up the floor, not bringing down the top. As things are, the floor is artifically fixed.
No matter where they go, they'll probably all end up owning corner stores.
