Seems a lot of people in this thread support the Intelligence Agencies more than they support the U.S. Constitution. That's troubling.

Here's more on Hillary Clinton's misguided position on Snowden.

These will be the same ones, who in the other thread, don't want an investigation done on Hillary Clinton because she claims innocence. Yet here they are ready to shoot Snowden before he gets a chance to say anything.

It's fascinating the delusion that political partisans live under from day to day.

Indeed. I always say that just because something is a law, it doesn't mean it's just or moral. Slavery laws were a perfect example of unjust and immoral laws. It is our patriotic duty as American citizens to protest (non-violently of course) and even disobey unjust and immoral laws. I also have no issue with government corruption being exposed! Those who we elect work for us, and NOT the other way around, and they need to be held accountable!

nope...

have a security clearance is an important responsibility...and abiding by the rule and following the regulations is very inportant

the rules are quite clear

to include cross domain violations...ie sending a secret information that was on the sipr domain (secret) to the nipr (non-secret)

heck you can even get jacked uip by plugging your phone (to charge) into the computers usb...why because phones are also a file system and can store information

both hillary and snowden violated policy and their security clearances

This is true. Hillary did it to cover up her crimes. Snowden did it to expose our government's crimes.

Is it not important for the government to also follow the rules? As already has been pointed out many times the courts have largely ruled the programs unconstitutional.

I ask this over and over with no reply.

POS Obama is the most deceitful leader in the history of the earth.

Citizenfour (2014) - IMDb

I admire him more than anyone in the last 50 years, especially after reading No Place to Hide: Edward Snowden, the NSA, and the U.S. Surveillance State
by Glenn Greenwald . Thanks so much for the link, I sure want to see this film!

Not true. And Hillary was 100% correct about Snowden. Those who think that naive hypocritical douche is some sort of hero are a wee bit short on reality brain cells.
