Yes, when you call for the wanton murdering of people based solely on their skin color that would be cause for a hate crime. It's the same if a white person made terrorist threats against black people. This lady is exactly where she should be; in jail.
I really dislike the term "hate crime". When someone makes a threat to anyone, it's not laced with kindness. Threats in an of themselves are hateful, no need for the sticker.
I'm not saying a person doesn't deserved to be arrested for threatening someone's life. That said, look up Nathan Ener. This man cocked a gun and was threatening lives too, specifically Blacks, in a video.
What an awful excuse of a racist human being. She deserved the punishment she got.
Hopefully any more people who encourage violence on someone because of their race get arrested immediately for it. I don't care if it's white or black. You do not do that kind of crap.
