More DOJ foolishness. Banks (and every other retail entity) place branches in the areas where they have the largest customer or potential customer base. It's like saying it's unfair a ski shop hasn't opened in Miami.
Perhaps they placed branches based on market research, where there is more demand?
Or maybe because they don't want to sued for "lack of security" in a high-crime area when someone is hurt or killed in a robbery?
But yes, this is apparently O's Amerika - common sense, logic and economics out the window. It's all about the DOJ finding "racism" at every turn, and meddling to "fix" it.
