How do you know he was blind sided, if the administration has a plan and i am sure they do why would they post it on city data or have to call a press conference to announce it. How else can you explain Obama being upset at 9 people killed in Oregon and totally oblivious and silent to the weekly killlings in his home town of Chicago. The number of victims in chicago in one year alone, dwarfs all the mass killings in the last 10 years.
This is an administration which transfers its lack of perspective in dealing with domestic problems to the world's stage. Obama is a hologram that exists in a his own world of fantasmogorical fantasy. Who needs eyesight living in that world. You simply theorize and justify your way in and out of problems.
