A common sense gun law which makes about as much sense as anything else (weapon, carry)

How do you know, at birth, whether a child will be right or left handed? Better remove both just to be sure. And I'd include ALL males since white males are by no means the only ones killing with guns. Better include women too and also remove big toes. I've heard tell you can pull a trigger with that sucker.
Well, while I am not a boy, training and practicing with two or three fingers disabled, being able to shoot off either hand is a standard methodology for me.
I've always felt every person should be required to carry a single shot weapon. It would prevent a lot of mass killings. Oh, I realize there would be be a few random mistakes.

I go to the movies, I've seen "Blade Runner"!
My neighbor is a machinist. He lost most of his index finger and middle finger in an accident with a machine a few years back. He loves working on cars (body work), and he is good at it. His "disability" has not stopped him at all, and unless you are looking at him closely, you would never know, because he uses his hands the same as anyone else.
And, oh, by the way, he shoots guns and hunts. He also rides a motorcycle.
Ummm....alright then. Is that to stop "white males" from shooting..or shooting back? As its been said, the majority of firearm mayhem isn't perpetrated by white males, so, is this idea just a way to whittle down the number of white males, by attrition? Interesting concept. Like declawing the cat and tossing it outside in coyote infested territory.
