Nurse changed the needle but reused syringe. The risk is very low. Nonetheless, I can certainly appreciate the anxiety.

Note how the company contracted to provide the shots made clear they sub contracted to the nurse.

I agree with this assuming she did not aspirate, which she would not need to do for a flu shot.
I thought flu shots came in one dose preloaded syringes. I guess not.

No worry here. No one in our household has had an injection of anything in probably 20 years. Avoid the medical machine for health and wellness into old age.

Most vaccines are getting away from vials, be they single or multidose. This year we have the pre-loaded, single-use syringes which are really convenient.
