Notice all the dumpsters on the other side? Maybe they should move the dumpsters to where the garbage is so when they pitch the garbage out the window some of it just may land in the dumpster?

Can't blame the Germans. Germany is a great country because of the great German people. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. Respect the culture, land, people, and traditions seem to be common courtesy as a human being.
